RESERVATION POLICY

Children

All children are welcome.
All children under 16 years are charged CHF 50 per night for extra beds.
All further older children or adults are charged CHF 60 per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Default Rates

Free cancellation is possible 24 Hours prior to the planed check-In time (13:00 Zürich Time). After that threshold 50% of the reservation amount is going to be charged.

Non-Refundable Rates

Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

CHECK-IN POLICY

Check-In is available from 13:00 o’clock. Early Check-In is subject to availability, please ask the reception team.

If you expect to arrive after 18:00, please inform Residence Mutschellen in advance, in order to get the access code to the house. In any case, please inform Residence Mutschellen in advance of your expected arrival time. You can contact Residence Mutschellen directly via with the contact details provided in your confirmation or on our Website.

Check-Out is till 11:00 o’clock. Late Check-Out is available, but object to occupancy. Please ask the reception for availability and prices.
